This Privacy Policy describes how the "Motivation Letter for LinkedIn" Chrome extension ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the extension. By installing and using the extension, you agree to the practices described below.

## 2. What we collect

### A. Information you enter into the extension

When you generate a letter, we receive the inputs you type into the popup:

• Your name
• Your job title
• Optional background notes or pasted CV text
• Your length and tone preferences

This information is sent to our backend server only when you click Generate letter. We use it solely to compose the AI prompt that produces your motivation letter.

### B. Job posting content

When you click Generate letter, the extension reads the visible job description from the LinkedIn job page you have open in the active tab and sends that text to our server. The text is used only to build the prompt for that single generation request.

### C. Email address

If you choose to purchase a usage pack, we collect the email address you enter on the checkout step. We use it to:

• Send your license key after a successful payment.
• Send a 6-digit one-time code (OTP) when you activate your license.
• Contact you about issues with your purchase if needed.
